Delivery Policy
1. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
- Ensure that all parcels comply with legal and safety requirements.
- Inform the Courier Service Provider of any special delivery instructions.

2. LIABILITY:
The Courier Service Provider will take reasonable care in handling the Client's parcels. However, the Courier Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Loss, damage, or delay caused by events outside of its control (e.g., weather, traffic, or strikes).
- Any item that is improperly packed or prohibited by law.
- Any consequential or indirect damages arising out of the Services.

3. INSURANCE:
The Courier Service Provider will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the transportation of parcels. The Client is responsible for any insurance related to the content of the parcels.
4. CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Courier Service Provider agrees to keep all Client information, including parcel contents and delivery information, confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law.
